E-commerce fashion giant Net-A-Porter has joined forces with American brand J. Crew for an exclusive retail partnership, with the 25-piece capsule collection slated for release on September 13. The collection, inspired by “Breton stripes,” sees the stripe pattern reimagined in a variety of ways, with items ranging from wardrobe staples to more playful, statement pieces — including a striped navy and blue knitted dress, a navy tailored blazer with white stripes on the cuffs and a pair of pajama-style trousers with striped piping (via WWD). A campaign, starring French model and actress Aymeline Valade, will also debut via the Net-A-Porter site to promote the capsule collection's launch.
